This policy explains what data BotRadar.GG collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. What we collect

• Discord account data. When you log in we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. We never see your Discord password.
• Content you submit. Bot listings, descriptions, commands, screenshots, reviews, and reports.
• Activity. Votes you cast and, for listing owners, aggregate analytics such as votes over time.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate the directory: to display listings, attribute votes and reviews, show owners analytics for their own bots, run the moderation queue, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies

We use a single secure, httpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in. It is required for the site to function and is not used for advertising.

4. Sharing

Public parts of your listings (bot name, description, vote counts, and reviews) are visible to everyone. We only share data with third parties where necessary to run the service or where required by law.

5. Data retention & deletion

You can delete your bot listings at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and associated data, contact us on Discord and we will remove it.
